Registration is closed

There is a central registration system for ISAT conference and SOA session. When submitting Your abstract using the system, please check the SOA session checkbox at abstract type field.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the regular registration conference fee for the paper to appear in the conference proceedings.
If the same author has more than one paper accepted, each additional paper also needs to be registered but at the reduced rate.

CONFERENCE FEE

The conference fee is the following:

The conference fee (full participation) includes:

• Attendance at all conference sessions (including ISAT conference proceedings and SOA Special Sessions)
• Full accommodation (hotel and meals) from September 18 (Sunday afternoon) till September 20 (Tuesday noon).
• Coffee breaks.
• The conference banquet.
• Publishing of one contribution.
• Conference materials (including electronic copy of edited book).

Extra charges:

• Papers longer than 12 pages will be charged 50 PLN (15€) per extra page.
• Publication of more than one paper (of one author) will be charged as for extra pages.

Please note that at least one author of the contribution must register and pay the fee.

The limited participation fee includes:

• Full accommodation (hotel and meals) from September 18 (Sunday afternoon) till September 20 (Tuesday noon).
• The conference banquet.
• No conference publication.
